Terms and Conditions
Empowering Travel Agents with Unmatched Expertise and Resources
1. Eligibility
To qualify for the Travel Agent Membership, applicants must be professional travel agents affiliated with a registered travel business or agency. A valid accreditation such as IATA, CLIA, ARC, or equivalent may be required as proof of status. We reserve the right to verify credentials before approving any membership application.
2. Application & Approval
All membership applications will be subject to review. We may request additional documents to support your eligibility. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
3. Membership Duration
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of approval. Members will receive a notification prior to expiration with the option to renew. If not renewed before the expiry date, membership benefits will be paused or revoked.
4. Membership Fees
If applicable, membership fees must be paid in full upon approval. These fees are non-refundable. Membership benefits will not be activated until payment is received.

7. Conduct Expectations
Members are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Misrepresentation of offerings, fraud, misuse of access, or unethical behavior will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.
8. Compliance
Members are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in their local jurisdictions when promoting or selling travel products.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time for breach of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to:
- Misuse of member benefits
- Sharing confidential information
- Providing false information during registration
- Violating the code of conduct
No refund will be issued in the event of termination for misconduct.
10. Changes to Terms
